Meggan has just gotten back from the farm market down the way where she had to go and get some Laundry Soaker. She was plume out. She likes to go down there about every week anyways as to catch up on all the gossip and news from around Lynchburg. She was born and raised there and I guess she will meet her maker there too.
Meggan was born to a great mom and pop, Solomon and Gracie Scott. He was a hard worker in the tobacco fields and her mom tended to the gardens and little ones all day, and cooked three full cooked meals every day, washed clothes and anything else that needed to be done. This must be where Meggan got her work ethics from. She also is a hard worker.
Meggan is wearing her go to market dress made up of a wonderful farm print of patchwork and farm animals. The colors are dark browns, golds, tans and moss greens. She is sporting a matching kerchief and her apron is a gold striped cotton material.
Her face is layers and layers of paint and stain and she has stitched bags unders her painted eyes with a stitched nose and mouth. Her hair is dark brown sheep's wool.
In her arms she is holding a feed sack with a replica of an antique feed sack which reads Wood Croft Soak and Wash Laundry Soaker. There is a grunged wooded spoon behind that with sprigs of sweet annie.
What a lovly addition she would make to your home.
