Shipping: All in-stock items will be shipped within one week. Please allow up to two weeks or longer, depending on the size of your order, for items that are hand-made. I will e-mail you with a projected ship date upon receipt of your order. All orders will be shipped Fed-EX or USPS. I will always ship at the best rate.

Guarantee: We personally guarantee our products. If, for any reason you do not like your purchased items, please e-mail us immediately to resolve the issue. We will replace the items or provide a full refund, minus shipping cost providing the item is returned within 7 days and product is in original condition.

Cancellations of Orders - Refunds requested  for  cancellation of orders will be reviewed and determined by:

• Supplies Purchased

Once we have purchased supplies and started your order, refunds will be given minus the cost of the supplies.
